STAY MOTIVATED AND CONNECTED: JOIN BHOF’S STEPS TO STRONG BONES™ MONTHLY PROGRAM HELD VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM

To keep you on track and motivated, BHOF will be hosting monthly Zoom meetings typically to be held at 12pm ET on the first Monday of every month. These meetings will provide you with an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and share your progress. You’ll also get the chance to listen to motivational speakers and talk about your experiences on getting motivated to move.
