The Bone Buddies virtual online support group is open-to-all and will meet virtually for a healthy eating discussion this Thursday, February 16, at 2:00pm Central Time on Zoom. You can submit questions in advance for a registered licensed dietitian, and she will then have an outline from the questions. She will also answer your questions when you attend the meeting.

Taking a prescribed osteoporosis medicine, along with other healthy lifestyle behaviors such as getting enough calcium, vitamin D and regular exercise, can help reduce the risk of broken bones (also called fractures) due to osteoporosis.
