Carol Michaels will be teaching a FREE posture improvement class on Monday, January 30th at 5pm Eastern Time on Zoom. Good posture allows for efficient movement and better balance while poor posture can cause some muscles to become very weak and some too tight leading to poor range of motion and pain. The vertebrae need to be properly aligned; when posture is improved, there will be less compression on the nerves and decreased pain.
Virtual Support Group Session: Healthy Eating Discussion
The Bone Buddies virtual online support group is open-to-all and will meet virtually for a healthy eating discussion this Thursday, January 19, at 2:00pm Central Time on Zoom. You can submit questions in advance for a registered licensed dietitian, and she will then have an outline from the questions. She will also answer your questions when you attend the meeting.
