The presentation will discuss "Strength, Balance and Posture for Stronger Bones". It will cover key reasons why exercise is critical to optimizing bone health. The presentation will highlight exercises scientifically proven to improve bone health, including weight-bearing exercises, resistance training, and balance and posture exercises. These types of exercises improve bone density and reduce the risk of falls and fractures in people with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
