With spring in full swing, what better topic to discuss than how to garden and take care of your yard safely. Erin Howell, PTA with the AHN Orthopaedic Institute (also a Penn State Master Gardener) will be presenting on this topic and providing some tips and tricks as we enter into nicer weather.
Carol Mayfield, CRNP with the AHN Fracture and Fragility Clinic and Sarah Nowlen, DPT with the AHN Osteoporosis physical therapy program will also be present for questions and support during the meeting.
These meetings are informal and strive to provide a safe space for people to be amongst others who are going through similar situations. We hope to see you there!
