This new two week free strength training class using a large exercise ball and hand weights will begin on Wednesday August 3rd at 1pm Eastern Time. The large exercise or stability ball can be used to create a fun and unique session and remove boredom from your fitness routine. Challenge yourself by using a ball to help you improve your balance and strengthen muscle and bone. Sitting on a ball also reinforces the need for good posture while performing each exercise.
