This free strength training class using a large exercise ball and hand weights will take place on Tuesday, October 18, at 7:00pm ET. The large exercise or stability ball can be used to create a fun and unique session and remove boredom from your fitness routine. Challenge yourself by using a ball to help you improve your balance and strengthen muscle and bone. Sitting on a ball also reinforces the need for good posture while performing each exercise.

The Introduction to Fall Prevention class will take place on Tuesday, October 11, at 12:00pm ET on Zoom. You will learn some of the basic exercises needed to help improve balance. This free 45-minute class will be helpful for those who have difficulty standing on one leg for 10 seconds. You should obtain clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise routine.
