This class will teach you how to strengthen bones and muscles, improve posture and balance. You will learn the exercises that should be performed, the exercises that should be modified and the exercises that should be avoided. It is crucial to learn how to exercise properly because the wrong exercises or improper form can lead to injury. Since we are getting into the holiday season, you will learn how to fit in fitness during the busy holiday season. Several time saving exercises will be demonstrated.
